ABOUT:

Ana has extensive experience assisting clients with all phases of litigation and case management ranging from discovery, motion practice, mediation, complex legal analysis, and appellate briefing.  After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law where she was Research & Writing Editor of the UM Law Review, Ana spent two years as the full-time law clerk to the renowned Federal Judge Ursula Ungaro, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  Prior to her tenure as Partner with Maltzman & Partners, Ana worked as an attorney at one of the State of Florida’s leading law firms where she specialized in employment defense and employer counseling.
