Alex grew up in the British Virgin Islands and is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain with extensive experience as a charter boat captain before obtaining his law degree.   His practice concentrates on travel, tourism and admiralty issues where he has a lengthy history defending cruise lines, resorts, and other travel entities.
